March 5th, 2026, the partners of the COMPutational Seniors project gathered in Kaunas, Lithuania, for the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting, hosted by Kaunas University of Technology.

The meeting brought together organizations from Spain, Greece, Lithuania, and Poland with a shared goal: empowering  adults through computational thinking skills.

The meeting was an important opportunity for the consortium to strengthen cooperation, share ideas, and ensure that the project continues moving forward in a coordinated way. Throughout the day, partners discussed the main developments of the project and reflected on how the project results can best support adult learners and educators across Europe.

One of the central topics of the meeting was the development of the E-Guide for Adult Trainers, a key project output designed to help educators introduce computational thinking in an accessible and practical way. Partners shared updates on the ongoing validation process taking place in each country, where trainers and stakeholders are providing valuable feedback to improve the guide.

Another important focus of the meeting was the upcoming Learning Box of Unplugged Activities, a set of interactive learning activities designed to help adult learners develop computational thinking skills without relying on computers. Through practical exercises and collaborative tasks, these activities aim to make problem-solving and logical thinking more engaging and accessible for adult learners!

In addition to discussing the project results, partners also reviewed dissemination activities and upcoming initiatives that will help share the project’s achievements with a wider audience.

The meeting in Kaunas marked another important step forward for the COMPutational Seniors project. With strong collaboration and a shared commitment to innovation in adult education, the partners continue working together to create learning opportunities that empower adults with the skills they need to navigate today’s digital world.

Partners now look ahead to the next phase of the project and the continued development of its learning resources!
